(collectively “we”) are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our end users who download our application titled
“Rom and The Whale of Dreams” (the “Application”) and/or access our Website. This Privacy Policy sets forth how the Application
and the Website collect and use personal information. By using the Application and/or Website, you acknowledge that you have
read and accepted our privacy practices set forth below.
If you do not accept our privacy practices, then you should not continue to use either the Application and/or Website.
1. CHILDREN USING OUR APP
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”)
which has been enacted in the United States for our apps. In furtherance of this commitment, we specifically restrict the use of our Website to
parents of children and other persons eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal
information from children under the age of thirteen (13). We will neither store nor use such personal information and if any such
personal information is ever provided to us by a child under the age of thirteen (13), it will be promptly deleted upon determining
that such information was provided by a child under the age of 13.
Please note that for parents’ peace of mind, our Application:
- Does not include in-app purchases, third-party ads or push-notifications;
- Does not include feedback links, app-store links or links to our Website or social media within the Application; and
- Does not collect any personal data that can be used to identify individual users. Any data collected is always collected anonymously and is aggregated into the overall Application usage statistics to improve our Application and/or Website.
2. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE WILL COLLECT IN OUR WEBSITE

In particular, we will ask for your email address and name, and we may also ask for your location when you send us any content submissions.
